Ossu Handroll & Bar
Open in 2023. OSSU is our first Japanese concept. We wanted to introduce the idea of a hand-roll only omakase bar to Taipei. Although we are serving Japanese handrolls, we consider ourselves to be more of a Japanese fusion restaurant - traditional Japanese ingredients & flavors, with a Taiwanese flare, and 100% American vibes. But we can’t forget to mention our specialty draft cocktails – (yes, DRAFT!) – created by an award winning mixologist & served from our custom-made OSSU tap.
